As a part-time Technical Support Specialist, you will join a team of technical support professionals who work directly with United’s customers over the phone, in person, and via email to answer questions and troubleshoot/resolve issues related to their Internet, cellular, Streaming TV, and other United services. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and has experience in customer service and/or technical support. Previous experience working with technology and Internet equipment is a plus. People successful in this role enjoy providing extraordinary customer service (going the extra mile is our standard), are excellent recordkeepers, maintain a proficient knowledge of United’s services, and utilize their excellent oral and written communication skills.
