Acceptable Use Policy for Telecommunications Services

At United Telephone Association, Inc.; United Communications Association, Inc.; and United Wireless Communications, Inc. (“United”), we are dedicated to providing secure and reliable telecommunications services to our customers. To ensure the integrity and quality of our network, we require all users to adhere to the following acceptable use principles:

  1. Lawful Use: Services must be used for lawful purposes only. Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that is illegal or infringes on the rights of others.
  2. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are explicitly banned:
    • Robocalling: Making unsolicited or unauthorized calls, including but not limited to, the use of automated systems or software to send bulk or unsolicited messages or calls.
    • Caller ID Spoofing: Altering or manipulating caller ID information to deceive or mislead recipients.
    • Fraudulent Activities: Participating in fraudulent schemes, phishing, or any deceptive practices.
    • Harassment: Using the services to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
    • Network Abuse: Introducing harmful software, compromising network security, or otherwise degrading network performance and reliability.
  3. Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to telecommunications, privacy, and consumer protection.
  4. Enforcement: United reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user who violates these terms, including service suspension, termination, and legal action.

United reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal and regulatory requirements.

By using United’s telecommunications services, users agree to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy and contribute to a safe, secure, and respectful digital environment for all.
