Is your request for our service area?

United proudly supports organizations, events, and initiatives throughout the Southwest Kansas communities we serve. Our sponsorship and donation program is intended for requests that directly benefit communities within our local service area.

If you are seeking a sponsorship or donation, please complete and submit the form below, and our Marketing team will respond to your request if there is a fit. Please submit requests at least three (3) weeks in advance of the date needed (late requests may not be considered).

United requires a Form W-9 for any organization to whom United makes a monetary donation. Please be prepared to provide United with a completed Form W-9 if United proceeds with your sponsorship and donation request. Please click here for a blank Form W-9. Thank you for your understanding!
