New Webmail Interface
United has adopted a new email system to provide a better and more secure experience to our email customers. This new system includes a more user-friendly Webmail interface, as well as enhanced security features and protocols. The spam firewall settings are now held in Webmail, so customers will no longer receive a spam quarantine summary email.
Email on the Go
Customers are now able to send and receive email on their cell phones with other carriers, and Webmail is accessible wherever you are (even if you’re not by your main computer).
Email Server Settings
United Email can be accessed via webmail. It can also be set up on a computer’s email client (Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook, etc.) or a mobile device’s email client. Please use the settings below for setting up United Email on a computer, tablet or smartphone:

*Some legacy devices/accounts were set up as POP3 instead of IMAP. It is best to use the IMAP email protocol whenever possible.
