Dodge City, Kansas, January 26, 2026 — United is proud to announce a $3,500 donation to Perfect Fit Foundation as the primary recipient of the company’s 2025 holiday giving initiative. Perfect Fit Foundation works to increase acceptance and awareness of individuals with special needs and disabilities while providing families in Southwest Kansas with services and support that encourage independence, inclusion, and opportunity.

United’s annual holiday giving initiative invites employees to support local needs during the holiday season. This year’s effort focused on three areas: supporting Perfect Fit Foundation, helping meet food pantry needs across the region, and providing gifts and assistance for local families.

Through the initiative, United combined employee contributions with matching company donations totaling $3,500 for Perfect Fit Foundation. In addition, $1,800 was donated to area food pantries, including the Food Pantry in Ashland, the Gray County Over 50’s Center, and the Hodgeman County Rainy Day Box–Food Pantry. United and its employees also donated goods and monetary support for holiday gifts and assistance for local families.

“At United, we believe strong communities are built through service and shared responsibility,” said United General Manager/CEO Todd Houseman. “We’re proud to partner with Perfect Fit Foundation and to also support local food pantries and families across Southwest Kansas. I’m grateful to our employees for their generosity and for the way this initiative brings people together to make a positive impact in our communities during the holiday season.”

Throughout December 2025, United board members Sandy Coast, Bill Neier, and Lea Ann Seiler presented donations to Leann Pike of the Food Pantry in Ashland, Chad Burman of the Gray County Over 50’s Center, and Hodgeman County Rainy Day Box–Food Pantry, respectively. On December 22, 2025, United Administration Manager Mary Beth Helfrich presented United’s donation to Trista Fergerson of Perfect Fit Foundation.

“We are so appreciative of organizations like United that support our mission and have values that align with Perfect Fit,” said Trista Fergerson, cofounder of Perfect Fit Foundation. “United has been a valued partner in assisting our team with office operations since our inception, and we look forward to continuing that partnership. It is organizations like United and the generosity from its team members that allow Perfect Fit and its mission to continue serving the people of Southwest Kansas. We could never do it without such a supportive community!”
