Must enroll at the time of new phone purchase
- Protection begins the day of purchase
- Phone must be purchased from United
- Protection plans are available only for phones on postpaid plans (phones on prepaid plans are not eligible)
- Covers lost, stolen or damaged equipment
- Lost or stolen replacement may require a police report
- Damaged phone must be returned to United Wireless
- Limited to 2 replacements in a 12 month period
- WPP plan is canceled after 2nd claim in 12 month period
- WPP plan is based on the handset
